We deliver quality assurance, security consulting, protective security and asset protection, compliance and auditing, risk management, training and operational improvement services for government, defence and commercial clients across Australia.
Where are you based and do you work outside Canberra?+
We are headquartered in Canberra, ACT and regularly support clients nationally, including remote sites, regional infrastructure and multi-site operations. Engagements can be delivered on-site, hybrid or remotely.
Which standards and frameworks do you work to?+
Our work aligns with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 45001 (WHS), ISO/IEC 27001 principles, the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and relevant Australian Standards for security risk management.
Can you help us prepare for certification or an external audit?+
Yes. We conduct gap analyses, build or remediate management system documentation, run internal audits, coach your team through the certification process and support you during external certification body audits.
Do you conduct security risk assessments for buildings and sites?+
We conduct security risk assessments covering people, assets and property — including threat and vulnerability assessments, physical security reviews, CPTED considerations, access control, and treatment plans with prioritised, costed recommendations.
How quickly can you start an engagement?+
Initial consultations are typically arranged within a few business days. Short assessments can often commence within one to two weeks, while larger programs are scheduled against an agreed delivery plan.
How do you price your work?+
We quote fixed-price for clearly scoped deliverables such as audits, assessments and documentation packages, and offer day rates or retainers for ongoing advisory and embedded support. Every proposal states inclusions, deliverables and timelines up front.
Do your consultants hold security clearances?+
We engage appropriately cleared and vetted personnel for Australian Government and defence work, and can confirm clearance levels and police check status as part of the tender or onboarding process.
Are you able to respond to government tenders and panels?+
Yes. We regularly respond to Commonwealth, state and local government approaches to market, and can provide a capability statement, insurances, referees and compliance documentation on request.
How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive information?+
All engagements operate under confidentiality and non-disclosure terms. Information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and any client-specific security classification requirements.
